Inclusion Criteria
Age group >18 years
Height more than 150cm
Patients who are intubated with portex suction aid ET tube of size 7 to 8.5
Exclusion Criteria
Abnormal airway or chest anatomy
Severe neck trauma
Oropharyngeal pathology e.g. haematoma, abscess, tumour etc.
Pregnancy
Refusal to consent
