Inclusion Criteria
Patients who was performed ERCP with:
1. Failure to perform successful cannulation within 10 minutes after ampulla of Vater was found.
2. Cannulation to pancreatic duct more than 3 times.
3. Injection of contrast media to pancreatic duct more than3 times.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients who did not agree to join the clinical trial
2. Age below 15
3. Pregnant patients
4. Patients with cholangitis
5. Patients with pancreatitis
