1. Patients capable of understanding this study and providing voluntary consent.
2. Adults aged 18 years and above.
3. Patients classified under American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status classification Class I or II.
4. Patients who have fasted for more than 8 hours before the surgery.
5. Patients administered inhalation anesthetics, Sevoflurane or Desflurane.
6. Patients who have undergone general anesthesia through endotracheal intubation.
7. Patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
1. Patients with cognitive disorders such as dementia, or mental illness.
2. Patients who have difficulty communicating due to the severity of their condition.
3. Patients who have undergone emergency surgery.
