- •BMI range – 25.0 – 30.0 kg/m2 , subjects willing to follow prescribed diets for the study duration.
排除标准
- •Participants with comorbidities (Hypertension, PCOD, Diabetes Mellitus, Thyroid problems), participants with an eating disorder, or on a stringent diet or physical activity regime, pregnant and lactating women, Inability to abstain from caffeine, alcohol or smoking for at least 12 hrs;participants on any dietary supplements such protein shakes, meal replacement shakes.
