Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Inclusion criteria will be clinical and radiological diagnosis of osteoarthritis (primary or secondary) with failed conservative management but symptoms severity not justifying arthroplasty surgery, Age over 18 years, ability to understand the process and consent.

Exclusion Criteria
- •Exclusion criteria will be presence of any active infection elsewhere, history of previous hip joint infection, pregnancy, patients with a diagnosis of Avascular necrosis of femoral head, rheumatoid arthritis and underlying joint replacement.
