1.Females who have in their perimenopausal phase.
2. Did not receive hormone replacement therapy or other drugs to treat their perimenopausal symptoms in last 3 months.
3. Who are not involve in regular exercise program.
1. Females having kidney, thyroid, cardiovascular, and psychological diseases or diabetes; using estrogen up to three months prior; following a specific diet; and having severe stressors, such as the death of a close family member within the past month.
2. Suffered from diseases that could affect physical exercise (such as asthma, cerebral vascular disease, serious heart disease or osteoarthritis).
3. Taking drugs to relieve perimenopausal symptoms
