It is a clinical study in which two techniques i.e epidural block and quadratus lumborum block will be compared for the management of postoperative pain in patients undergoing laparoscopic nephrectomy.

Inclusion Criteria
ASA class I or II, Undergoing elective unilateral simple laparoscopic nephrectomy, Under general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
Refusal to participate in the study, Coagulopathy or thrombocytopenia, Infection at the proposed site of injection, Allergy to local anesthetics, known cardio-respiratory impairment, Morbid obesity, Mental impairment
