Inclusion Criteria
Having a BMI> 25 or a BMI> 30
Having an Android smartphone to get the app and text
High blood pressure 130 to 139 for systolic and 80 to 89 for diastolic
Age over 25 years
Exclusion Criteria
Changing the type of blood pressure medication
Hospitalization and relocation
Participate in other study simultaneously
