Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Having a BMI\> 25 or a BMI\> 30
- •Having an Android smartphone to get the app and text
- •High blood pressure 130 to 139 for systolic and 80 to 89 for diastolic
- •Age over 25 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •Changing the type of blood pressure medication
- •Hospitalization and relocation
- •Participate in other study simultaneously
