PATIENTS UNDERGOING VIDEO ASSISTED THORACOSCOPIC SURGERIES OF NOT MORE THAN 90 MINS (UNDER GA)
PATIENTS WITH ASA GRADE II & III
ALL GENDERS
Exclusion Criteria
MORBID OBESE PATIENT
PREGNANCY
ALLERGIES TO OPIOID/LOCAL ANAESTHETICS
COAGULOPATHY
LOCAL INFECTION AT THE INJECTION SITE OR SYSTEMIC INFECTION
RIB FRACTURE OR LOCAL SITE DEFORMITY
SEVERE CARDIORESPIRATORY, HEPATIC, RENAL DISORDERS, CHRONIC CHEST PAIN
REFUSAL TO PARTICIPATE
