Inclusion Criteria
Admitted patient referred back to Khlongluang Hospital and to treated
antimicrobial parenteral drug between March 2020 to March 2021
Exclusion Criteria
1. Admitted patient is referred to tertiary hospital within 24 hours from the time of first admission.
2. Admitted patient died within 24 hours from the time of first admission.
