入选标准

  • According to common clinical standard guidelines.
  • Both male and female
  • A history of neck pain for more than four months; a score of more than 4 out of 10 on the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), and a score of more than 40% on Neck Disability Index (NDI).

排除标准

  • Any neurological conditions
  • Any recent neck surgeries
  • Recent trauma
  • Any recent Physical therapy, Acupuncture, Osteopathy treatment for neck pain within 2 weeks of periods
  • Psychiatric illness, pregnancy, regular intake of corticosteroid medication, ongoing treatment with anticoagulants.
