? Backward-forward cohort (9000 people)
1) Patients confirmed with COVID-19 between September 1, 2021 and June 30, 2022 and registered as subjects of home treatment at research participating institutions
2) Adults aged 19 or older at the time of signing the consent form
3) A person who is available for all visits according to the planned schedule and is able to comply with the procedures of clinical research;
4) A person who has agreed to comply with the requirements and restrictions listed in the test subject's consent form and the clinical trial plan in writing;
? Forward-looking cohort (1000 people)
1) Patients confirmed with COVID-19 from October 1, 2022.
2) Adults aged 19 or older at the time of signing the consent form
3) A person who is available for all visits according to the planned schedule and is able to comply with the procedures of clinical research;
4) A person who has agreed to comply with the requirements and restrictions listed in the test subject's consent form and the clinical trial plan in writing;
? Control group (1000 people)
1) Subjects who had never been confirmed with COVID-19 at the time of study registration
2) Adults aged 19 or older at the time of signing the consent form
3) A person who is available for all visits according to the planned schedule and is able to comply with the procedures of clinical research;
4) A person who has agreed to comply with the requirements and restrictions listed in the test subject's consent form and the clinical trial plan in writing;
? Inpatient cohort (100 people)
1) Patients who have been confirmed to be COVID-19 and admitted to Hallym University Gangnam Sacred Heart Hospital, or patients who have been registered as participants in the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's study, Analyzing the Aftermath and Cell Immunity Patterns of COVID-19 Patients.
2) Adults aged 19 or older at the time of signing the consent form
3) A person who is available for all visits according to the planned schedule and is able to comply with the procedures of clinical research;
4) A person who has agreed to comply with the requirements and restrictions listed in the test subject's consent form and the clinical trial plan in writing;
