age = 18 years, indication for device-assisted endoscopy (DAE) (= suspected or known small bowel pathology with the need of a DAE for further diagnostics or therapy, indication for an ERCP in surgical altered anatomy of the gastrointestinal tract (for example status Y-Roux reconstruction, batriatic surgery) without a different possibility of retrograde access to the biliary tract with conventional endoscopy, completion of an incomplete standard colonoscopy), willingness and possibility to participate in the follow up of the study, present oral and written informed consent for the participitation in the registry.

Name Time Method For indication small bowel disease: complete enteroscopy. For indication biliary disease in surgical altered anatomy: technical success of ERCP. For indication incomplete colonoscopy: successful cecal intubation.
