1)Patients with isolated bilateral anterior knee pains.
2)Patients between 25yrs to 70yrs of age group who are physically active.
3)Patients with BMI less than or equal to 35.
1)Patients with polyarthralgia.
2)Patients with inflammatory arthritis, septic arthritis, post-traumatic arthritis of the knee joint.
3)Patients with tibiofemoral joint arthritis.
4)Patients with poor general condition.
5)Patients who underwent prior knee joint interventions like intra-articular injections, post-traumatic surgeries, arthroscopic surgeries.
6)Patients with knee and patellofemoral joint instabilities.
7)Patients with BMI greater than 35.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The outcome of the procedure is measured in terms of improvement in kujala score, SF-36 score, visual analogue scale, radiological changes in the knee joint in which the procedure is performed.Timepoint: The above mentioned variables are compared at 3 months and 12 months post procedure.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The outcome of the procedure in one knee joint vs outcome of physical therapy in the other knee joint is measured in terms of improvement in kujala score, SF-36 score, visual analogue scale, radiological changes in both the knee joints.Timepoint: The above mentioned variables are compared at 3 months and 12 months post procedure.
