- •Patients with wrist pain and x-ray findings of SLAC/SNAC who have failed
- •conservative therapy, which includes analgesia, splinting, physio/hand therapy +/- trial of corticosteroid injections

- •- People with an intellectual or mental impairment
- •- People highly dependent on medical care
