入排标准
入选标准
- •1. OA grade 2 or 3 on Kellgren-Lawrence classification system.
- •2. Predominantly medial tibiofemoral OA.
- •3. VAS less than 6.
- •4. Ability to perform a trial of both rotations.
排除标准
- •1. Knee arthroscopy or corticosteriod injection in the previous 6 months
- •2. History of knee or hip surgery
- •3. Neurological conditions affecting ambulation, gait aid use
- •4. Other rheumatologic conditions
- •5. Spinal pain with lower limb symptoms
- •6. Any other existing knee pathology or excessive patellar malalignment
- •7. Severe Genu Varum ( >5cm space between knees)
- •8. Quadriceps strength less than 3 (MMT Grades)
- •9. Rigid arches of foot
