1. OA grade 2 or 3 on Kellgren-Lawrence classification system.
2. Predominantly medial tibiofemoral OA.
3. VAS less than 6.
4. Ability to perform a trial of both rotations.
1. Knee arthroscopy or corticosteriod injection in the previous 6 months
2. History of knee or hip surgery
3. Neurological conditions affecting ambulation, gait aid use
4. Other rheumatologic conditions
5. Spinal pain with lower limb symptoms
6. Any other existing knee pathology or excessive patellar malalignment
7. Severe Genu Varum ( >5cm space between knees)
8. Quadriceps strength less than 3 (MMT Grades)
9. Rigid arches of foot
