  • Dementia diagnosis, mild dementia or moderate dementia (Mini-Mental-State Examination value between 10 and 26 points); living in one of the five participating long-term care facilities; person participated not on a structured physical activity program during the last 6 months; person wants to participate on a 12-week physical activity intervention; informed consent from the physician and the care manager as well as from the participant.
