Inclusion Criteria
•Patients with primary adult glaucoma (POAG, PACG)
•Age >40 years
•Not controlled on maximum topical medical therapy (using 3 or more topical medications) for over 6 months
•Patients willing to participate and able to comply with study procedures.
Exclusion Criteria
•One eyed patients
• Age < 40 years
• Neovascular, uveitic, aphakic glaucoma and other causes of secondary glaucoma
• History of previous glaucoma surgery or SLT
• Cataract surgery within past 12 months
• History of diabetes or any other systemic illness.
•Any other chronic illness requiring anti-inflammatory therapy.
•Pregnant or breast feeding women.
