(1) Meeting the Western medical diagnostic criteria of burning mouth syndrome;
(2) Aged between 18 and 80 years;
(3) Volunteering to join this study and signing a written informed consent form;
(4) No use of sex hormones, benzodiazepines, tricyclic antidepressants, antihistamines and other related drugs within
1 week before treatment;
(5) High compliance and cooperation with researchers.
Any of the following situations will be excluded:
(1) Patients complicated with cardiovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other serious systemic diseases and psychosis;
(2) Women who are intending to be pregnant, pregnant or lactating, or suffer from acupuncture sickness and weakness;
(3) Oral discomfort symptoms caused by local stimulating factors or organic diseases (such as tongue ulcer, tongue cancer, lingual amyloidosis, pulpitis, lingual lactocephalitis, trigeminal neuralgia, etc.) were excluded.
(4) Patients recieved other related treatments, which may affect the efficacy judgment of this study.
