American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I patients undergoing unilateral tympanomastoid surgery
Exclusion Criteria
1.Known allergy to Local Anesthtic agents
2.Coagulopathy
3.Infection at the site of needle insertion

Name Time Method Assessment of postoperative analgesia following Greater Auricular Nerve Block and comparision with Diclofenac till 24 hours postopTimepoint: 5 minutes following reversal of neuromuscular blockade, every 30 minutes till 2 hours then 6 hourly thereafter till 24 hours
