Inclusion Criteria
- •Residents with intellectual disability and living in the disability/ sheltered home who require minimal physical guidance to ambulate independently.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Residents with aggression or behavioural issues (e.g unable or unwilling to follow instructions), and requiring constant physical guidance.
