简要总结
Neck pain is becoming a common problem among people who spend long hours working on computers, often causing difficulty in daily activities and reducing quality of life. This study aims to find out which method works better in reducing neck pain and improving neck function—Yoga or Physiotherapy. In this research, 136 participants with neck pain due to prolonged computer use will be selected and randomly divided into two groups. One group will practice a structured yoga program designed specifically for neck and spine health, while the other group will receive conventional physiotherapy treatment. Both groups will undergo treatment for 10 weeks. Their level of pain, neck movement, ability to perform daily activities, and overall quality of life will be measured before and after the treatment. Participation is voluntary and free of cost, and individuals may withdraw from the study at any time. There is no major risk involved in taking part, and personal details will remain confidential. The results of this study may help doctors, therapists, and the general public understand the best approach to relieve neck pain and improve life for frequent computer users.
