1. Patients weer recruited irrespective of their age and sex.
2.Suspected clinical diagnosis of acute poisoning due to any chemical, animal or plant product or biological agent.
3. Suspected clinical diagnosis of snake bite or scorpion sting.
4. Both primary and referral cases with above diagnosis.
5. Subjects or their legally acceptable representative should be willing to give written informed consent for study participation.
1. Cases of food poisoning.
2. Cases of dog or other animal bites.
3. Cases of chronic poisoning like arsenic or copper.
