- •ASA 1,2,3 patients posted for surgery under general anaesthesia requiring endotracheal intubation
- •Age 18-75 years
- •Either gender
- •Patients willing to consent for the study
排除标准
- •Patients less than 18 years of age
- •BMI <20 or >35kg/m2
- •Difficult airway
- •Pre-existing hoarsenessor upper respiratory tract infection
- •Coagulopathy
- •Patients using steroids or having history of asthma
