Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Diagnostic criteria for opioid dependence in psychoactive substance\-induced mental disorders;
- •2\. Male and female aged 18 to 60 years;
- •3\. Initial drug users are predominant;
- •4\. Informed consent, volunteer subjects.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Severe liver and kidney insufficiency, pulmonary insufficiency or other serious diseases (ALT, AST greater than 180IU/L);
- •2\. Blood pressure below 85/55 mmHg or heart rate below 50 beats/minute;
- •3\. Severe infectious diseases;
- •4\. Those with a history of severe neurological and psychiatric disorders, other serious physical diseases, HIV infection and severe malnutrition.
