Inclusion Criteria
1. Single stroke duration from 1 month to 1 year.
2. Patients able to walk 10 m with or without walking aids.
3. Mini Mental State Score >24.
4. Patients with spasticity grade 1 according to modified ashworth scale.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Medical comorbidity (joint contracture, pain or fracture of the musculoskeletal system)
2. Subjects with Transient Ischemic Attack and any other neurological disorders.
3. Patient with sensory impairments.
