Inclusion Criteria
1.Participants with Tension Type Headache
2.Inclusion criteria according to International Headache Society
Exclusion Criteria
1. Participants with any other type of headache(migraine, cervicogenic headache, cluster headache etc.)
2. Participants with whiplash injury, significant neck trauma
3.Participants with any nerve root compression of the cervical spine
4. Participants with any fracture in cervical spine
5. Participants with any pathological condition
6. Participants with any type of head and neck surgery
7. Diabetes Mellitus
