Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •(i)Subjects of both sexes, ages between 60 to 75 years
- •(ii)The subjects consenting to remain present till the experimental trial is over will be included in this study.
- •(iii)The subjects who are capable of doing yoga will be included in this study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •(i)The subjects with mobility problem will be excluded from the study.
- •(ii)The subjects with known serious health problem as assessed by medical practitioner will be excluded.
