Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age \> 18 years
- •major foot and ankle surgery procedures
- •written informed consent to participate in the suds after having understood the contents of the protocol and limitations fully
- •for fertile women, a negative HCG\-test
- •Are the trial subjects under 18? no
- •Number of subjects for this age range:
- •F.1\.2 Adults (18\-64 years) yes
- •F.1\.2\.1 Number of subjects for this age range 17
- •F.1\.3 Elderly (\>\=65 years) yes
- •F.1\.3\.1 Number of subjects for this age range 17
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- patients who are unable to corporate
- •\- patients that don't understand Danish or English
- •\- patients in immunosupressive treatment
- •\- patients with neuropathy in the lower limb (s)
- •\- patients with known allergies to the drugs involved
- •\- patients with daily opioid intake
- •\- patients who are pregnant
- •\- patients who are unable to meet the MRI criteria
