- •Patients with severe chronic constipation with high anal pressure accompanying ultra-slow waves in manometric study.
排除标准
- •Presence of heart diseases including heart failure, arrhythmia, angina pectoris, etc. Hirschsprung disease,
- •Secondary anal stenosis after surgery,
- •Patients who can't measure the dose of ointment applied the perineum. If such patient is in aid of personnel managing the treatment, he (she) could be enrolled in the study.
