(1)Diabetic neuropathy diagnosed by c lin ic ian.
(2)Subjects willing to participate and sign the written informed consent.
(3)Age group between 45-75 years.
(4)History of T2DM for more than 5 years.
(5)Ability to walk independently
History of visual including diabetic retinopathy or vestibular impairment.
(2)History of neuropathies of the nondiabetic cause.
(3)Subjects under any neuroprotective drugs.
(4)Presence of any other neurological condition which compromises balance.
(5)Musculoskeletal ailments of lower extremity leading to pain and instability.
(6)Presence of foot ulcers or any amputation.
(7)Participant diagnosed with severe cognitive impairment dementia or Alziemers disease by neurologist or a psychiatrist.
