1.Patients willing to participate in the study
2.Patients with image of incomplete tooth structure of impacted mandibular 3rd molar in IOPA radiograph
3.Patients who need to take IOPA radiograph of impacted mandibular 3rd molar but who has severe gag reflex, with limited mouth opening, intolerable to intraoral sensor placement.
1.Patient who are not willing to participate
2.Patients in which complete tooth structure of impacted molar is obtained in IOPAR.
3.Patients with sub mandibular and thyroid gland infections
