- •ASA 2 to ASA4 patients
- •Scheduled for elective cardiac surgery under gernal anesthesia
排除标准
- •Emergency status
- •Patients with ejection fraction less than 45%
- •Patients with contraindication of trans oesophageal echocardiography probe like
- •History of oesophageal disease
- •History of upper gastrointestinal bleeding
- •previous surgery for gastric or oesophageal disease
