Inclusion Criteria
Adult (18 to75)
ASA 2 to ASA4 patients
Scheduled for elective cardiac surgery under gernal anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
Emergency status
Patients with ejection fraction less than 45%
Patients with contraindication of trans oesophageal echocardiography probe like
History of oesophageal disease
History of upper gastrointestinal bleeding
previous surgery for gastric or oesophageal disease

Name Time Method % Time duration for which the mean arterial pressure was maintained with in 20 % of target before cardiopulmonarybypass during cardiopulmonarybypass and after cardiopulmonarybypass and for overall duration of surgery <br/ ><br>Time spent when heart rate was less then 60 or more then 100 beats per minutes <br/ ><br>Time spent when mean arterial pressure was less then 60 mm of Hg or more then 100 mm of HgTimepoint: Approx 5 hrs
