- •2. Still need IV diuretic for treating congestion
- •3. Urinary catheter in place

- •1. Cardiogenic shock
- •2. Other cause of extra-renal loss e.g. diarrhea
- •3. On renal replacement therapy, including dialysis, renal transplantation
