The patients are within the age limit of 18-65
The patient should be interested in the research and in participating in the training sessions.
The patients have undergone hemodialysis for one month.
The patients should undergo hemodialysis 3 times a week.
A doctor should introduce the patient to participate in the study
The patient should not suffer from mental disorders
The patient?s have not taken Psychiatric medicines
The patients should promise not to use other methods for decreasing anxiety during the hope therapy.
The patients should be able to participate in all of the group hope therapy sessions
Patients’ anxiety score that is higher than the anxiety level should be trivial
Lack of patients’ interest in continuing the research
The use of anxiety-reducing medicines or other therapies for anxiety
Having chronic and debilitating diseases based on doctor’s diagnosis
Having severe anxiety disorders such as phobia and panic attack during dialysis
Patient death
Patient emigration
Having visual, hearing, and speech impairment
Patients not being in good physical condition
Being absent for sessions
Not being able to participate in hope therapy sessions during the research
Changing the treatment approach(kidney transplant, peritoneal dialysis)
Severe family and social crises ( the death of a member of the immediate family, job, divorce, dropout)
Participating and following other training programs which affects anxiety.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Score anxiety the hidden and on the basis of a questionnaire, anxiety eshpilberger. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention, immediately after the intervention and one months after the interventiond and three months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Scale obtained from Spielberger's revealing and hidden anxiety questionnaire.

Name Time Method The score of medication adherance in the hemodialysis patients to the questioneria ESRD-AQ. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention, immediately after the intervention and one month after the intervention and three months after the intervention. Method of measurement: the result of the questionnaire was to follow the treatment of hemodialysis patients according to the questionnaire - ESRD-AQ.
