简要总结
It is a prospective , double blinded, randomised control study to modify the dosage of local anaesthetic drug in the spinal anaesthesia with the help of dural sac cross sectional area by using ultrasound in cases of transurethral resection of prostate and inguinal hernia cases in old age patients to reach level T10.

结局指标
主要结局
Modify The Dosage Of Local Anaesthetic drug In The Spinal Anaesthesia With The Help Of Dural SAC Cross Sectional Area Measured By Ultrasound fo Transurethral Resection And Inguinal Hernia surgeries
时间窗: 1.To calculate the minimum drug dose requirement of local anaesthetic to achieve T10 blockad | 2.To compare sensory level ,compare motor level time, two segment regression time by checking level at every 2.5 minutes of interval
次要结局
- Modify the dosage Of Local anaesthetic drug to the minimum in the spinal anaesthesia helps in maintaining constant hemodynamics(To compare intraoperative Mean arterial pressure & Heart rate at every 2 minutes 30 sec interval till 30 minutes & later at every 15 minutes till end of surgery)
