Voluntary participation and subjects have full legal capacity and understand the nature, scope, significance and consequences of the investigation.
Exclusion Criteria
1. on regular basis use of analgesics
2. Severe diseases (cardiovascular/pulmonary/renal dysfunction, neurological/psychiatric diseases, advanced degenerative diseases of the musculoskeletal system, sports injuries that have not fully healed) affecting quality of life or physical performance
3. pregnancy or lactation
4. muscle soreness
