Inclusion Criteria
1. Aged 18 years or older.
2. Having a diagnosis of gestational diabetes mellitus.
3. Having ultrasound measurements of umbilical cord parameters at 35-37 weeks of gestation.
4. Delivery at term pregnancy (37 weeks of gestation or more).
5. Willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Multifetal pregnancies.
2. Having fetus with severe congenital or chromosomal abnormalities.
3. Having fetal growth restriction.
4. Having single umbilical artery.
