- •1. Aged 18 years or older.
- •2. Having a diagnosis of gestational diabetes mellitus.
- •3. Having ultrasound measurements of umbilical cord parameters at 35-37 weeks of gestation.
- •4. Delivery at term pregnancy (37 weeks of gestation or more).
- •5. Willing to participate in the study.

- •1. Multifetal pregnancies.
- •2. Having fetus with severe congenital or chromosomal abnormalities.
- •3. Having fetal growth restriction.
- •4. Having single umbilical artery.
