Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1 Patients willing to consent for the study
- •2 Age :18 to 75 years
- •3 Either gender
- •4 American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) Classification I, II, III
- •5 Elective laparoscopic surgical procedures of general surgery, urosurgery and gynecologic surgery
Exclusion Criteria
- •1 Patients with pre-existing lung and cardiac illness
- •2 Obese patients, pregnant patients
- •3 Patients with history of bleeding disorders or on anticoagulant therapy
- •4 American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) Classification IV and V
- •5 Patients with recent history of ventilator support
- •6 Age <18years
- •7 Patient refusal
