Having a BMI equal and greater than 30
Not having Special disease history and drug consumption ( be healthy)
Age range 20 to 25 years old
Exclusion Criteria
performing regular exercise training during last 6 month
Allergy to spices
Unwillingness to cooperate with the researcher
