Renal transplant recipients up to six months post-transplant; of both sexes; aged between 6 and 18 years; under follow-up at the Nephrology Outpatient Clinic of Santo Antonio Children’s Hospital; and whose parents or guardians agree to participate by signing the written informed consent
Patients with severe underlying lung disease; associated neurological disease; orthopedic disease that not allow the test performing; contraindicated patients to perform pulmonary function tests according recommendations from Brazilian Guidelines for Pulmonary Function Testes; patients with cognitive difficulty to understand and perform tests
