Inclusion Criteria

  • Age \> 18 years old
  • On treatment with an immunosuppressive agent or planned treatment start with a TNF\-alpha inhibitor within 3 months after recruitment

Exclusion Criteria

  • Diagnosis of a primary immune deficiency disorder
  • Age \< 18 years
