•Patients above 40 years and below 70 years of age
•Post bronchodilator FEV1 to FVC value less than 0.70 (Global Strategy for the Diagnosis,
•Management and Prevention of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease 2022 report)
•No change in symptoms or medications of COPD in the past four weeks

•Any severe cardiovascular comorbidities including recent myocardial infarction, uncontrolled
•congestive cardiac failure, unstable angina pectoris, severe pulmonary artery hypertension,
•uncontrolled hypertension, frequent ventricular premature beats
•Previous diagnosis of Obstructive Sleep Apnea by polysomnography
•Patients requiring nocturnal oxygen therapy or positive pressure ventilation
•Evidence of malignancy, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, severe renal or hepatic dysfunction.
•Patients with complaints of postural imbalance
•Diagnosed neurological comorbidities that may affect muscle strength or functional capacity such
•as Cerebrovascular accident, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury (TBI)
•Diagnosed musculoskeletal conditions that restrict movement of the shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand,
•hip, knee and ankle due to pain, deformity or weakness (Osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis,
•recent fractures of limbs within last one year, diagnosed muscular tear or ligament sprain)
