入排标准
入选标准
- •Lakshanas of Garbhini Mutrakrichra like Sadahamutrata, Sarujamutrata, Muhur-muhurmutrata.
- •Symptoms of Lower UTI in pregnancy like dysuria, burning, frequency, urgency and strangury.
- •Both primi & multigravida in 2nd and 3rd trimester of Pregnancy.
- •Age group in between 18 to 35 years.
- •Laboratory investigations showing pus cells in urine ( >5 pus cells/HPF).
排除标准
- •Patients not willing for trial.
- •Patients suffering from medical illness like Poly-cystic kidneys, Hydronephrosis, Impaired renal functions, Malignancy of genito- urinary tract, Immuno-compromised patient.
- •Uncontrolled Hypertension, Gestational Diabetes and Anaemia ( <8gm %).
- •Complications of pregnancy like placental abnormalities.
- •Polyhydramnios
- •Bad obstetric history.
