Lakshanas of Garbhini Mutrakrichra like Sadahamutrata, Sarujamutrata, Muhur-muhurmutrata.
Symptoms of Lower UTI in pregnancy like dysuria, burning, frequency, urgency and strangury.
Both primi & multigravida in 2nd and 3rd trimester of Pregnancy.
Age group in between 18 to 35 years.
Laboratory investigations showing pus cells in urine ( >5 pus cells/HPF).
Patients not willing for trial.
Patients suffering from medical illness like Poly-cystic kidneys, Hydronephrosis, Impaired renal functions, Malignancy of genito- urinary tract, Immuno-compromised patient.
Uncontrolled Hypertension, Gestational Diabetes and Anaemia ( <8gm %).
Complications of pregnancy like placental abnormalities.
Polyhydramnios
Bad obstetric history.
