Name Time Method improvement finger blood flow by laser Doppler perfusion imaging[blood flow of the fingertips will be evaluated at 0, 1 minute, 4 minutes, 17 minutes, 20 minutes, 10 minutes and 27 minutes before and after cold stimulation at week 1 and at 0, 1 minutes, 4 minutes, 17 minutes, 20 minutes, 10 minutes and 27 minutes after cold stimulation before and after 4 weeks of treatment with n-acetylcysteine or placebo]
