Inclusion Criteria
- •Age group between 20\-80 years
- •GCS score between 3\-8
- •Comatose patients admitted in Medicine ICU in IMS \& SUM Hospital
Exclusion Criteria
- •who have temporal bone fracture and ear bleed complain.
- •who are having hearing impairment reported by family members.
- •Patients with sedation.
- •Patients with surgical intervention.
